I had surgery to increase the girth of my penis. Here are the results after 12 days. Circumcision was part of the procedure, so was pubic liposuction. Still lots of swelling etc. I have to wrap my penis is gauze dressing with antibiotic ointment daily. I’m taking meds for pain and to suppress erections. (Because they would be very painful). The surgery was performed under general anesthetic on 2nd December 2013.
You can see that some of the tissue is quite black in colour. That is scabbing. The glans gets pulled about quite a bit in surgery and the skin top layer is seen with discoloration as a result.
I know the penis still looks small. Remember that the public liposuction causes swelling above and beyond where the fat was originally, and also that the penis is now very thick when flacid, which affects your perception of length, which is average.
